"I would be more than happy to share what I did with you. the best
part is I remembered to eat the pineapple after I did my shot. I
bought a fresh pineapple and got it ready for me later. I always do my
shot on Sundays and with out fail I have a nasty migraine and my whole
body hurts to tell the truth I feel like I have got the flu. Well last
night I did my injection and started to watch a movies with my kids
about an hour later I remembered that I wanted to eat the pineapple so
I got a bowl and ate it right away. When I woke up this morning I do
not have the intense migraine and to tell the truth I feel better than
I normally do on a Monday. I don't have the ache's or anything that I
normally feel. I am going to keep eating the pineapple and I will let
you know how it goes. "
