"I feel miserable after my shot, and sadly, miss many injections
because of the extreme side effects..or I did until Yvonne told us
here about eating pineapple before the shot. It works like a charm.
Also some Aleve helps me if I take it about an hour before my
injection. If it helps any, my side effects also seemed to get better
over time..as long as I don't skip any shot days. Best of luck to you
