My part with improves. Some comments about your comments:
• Review the colours in the first diagram to differentiate the orange ones DONE
• Should we cut the description of the different departments within the company (it doesn’t add a lot of value to the report, but is still interesting)?Up to you, just 2 areas important to me: Internal Management Control and Partner Evaluation
• After the first diagram, add fungus infrastructure. DONE, I just put it like an other product and separate operation in 2 areas. Logistics is similar.
• Also add fungus storage and distribution infrastructure. DONE, The same.
• Move the warehouse to western Australia, maybe Perth (it should be as close as possible to the mining industries). DONE. I put a new warehouse one to west, one to east.
• Separate subcontractors (non core tasks) and partners (core tasks, tight relationship). I´m Not sure what do you mean, but I explained that some subcontractor can be a partners and no others. Is it enough?
• See with Otto and Diego for the sampling activity: key activity, partner, or outsourcing??. I Did. And include more Key Activities in my part. Good Idea.
