Final Score & comments for business plan part 2

Hi guys,
 
I checked the LMS this morning and I found our score for business plan part 2. 
Thank you for all your hard working and all the best for your final exam tomorrow.
We got 17/20 and here is the feedbacks:

Background1 1Good backgrounding
Key Activities and Resources for Competitive Victory 43 Good discussion of key activities, and how those activities (dev't of fungus, feasibility assessment & Mktg &CRM) relate to customers. Further improvement by utilising the Product Lifecycle & Adoption in relation to your product. As your team prioritise R&D and evaluate concepts, discuss how you intend to manage risks. Good discussion on IP.
Operations for Effectiveness and Efficiency4 3.5Good presentation of Supply Chain & Demand Network. Good consideration for Pros & Cons of Partnership. Do not try to draft your contracts, just plan what business objectives your legal advisers need to take into account.
Ethics4 3.5Very good ethical consideration regarding the environment. However, more consideration on the preventive measures. 
Problem Solving4 4Excellent
Change Management 32 Good treatment of change management issues. However, a more strategic approach is needed which may be supported by utilising tools such as needs analysis & plan do sustain.

 A well done paper for part 2. Good work, team!
