Commercial Strategy

Hello Guys.

I´m sending the last version of Commercialization Strategy, cover almost every point of the canvas model (I changed the presentation structure to be closer to the model). In addition I put new diagrams to explain at the first glance the idea (maybe it will be good for the correction).

New Important issues added:

    - An estimation of product´s cost and final price (I had to do it for price strategy)

    - Selling Partner included, like New Channels.

Just in case, all the information are in the .DOC document. The PPT and XLS are to support if you need to made some changes.

Hi guys,

This is the final version of the financial analysis. I think we can still add a few lines to the detailed cash (actually it's not that detailed right now). The word document is the only one that goes into the report. I've also attached the excel spreadsheet so that you can modify/check/see/... the calculus.

Thanks Andres, this is a really good document. It has a lot of research behind it and really nice diagrams.

I think this is really aligned to what the book and hopefully Bob is expecting.
