This is what is written behind the boarding pass of Qatar Airways.

Notice

If the passenger's journey involves an ultimate destination or stop in
a country other than the country of departure, the Warsaw or the
Montreal Convention may be applicable. These conventions govern and
may limit the liability of carriers for death or personal injury and
for delay, loss or damage to baggage. In case of death or bodily
injury, Qatar Airways shall not invoke those limits of liability. For
such damages up to a sum of national currency equivalent to 100,000
Special Drawing Rights, Qatar Airways waives the defence that it was
not negligent of at fault. Qatar Airways nevertheless may be
exonerated from liability, in full or in part, if it proves that the
death or bodily injury was caused in whole or in part by the
negligence of the injured or the deceased passenger. Also, Qatar
Airways will make certain advance payments in the case of death or
injury; no such payments shall be deemed admissions of fault or
responsibility. If the journey involves a destination or stop in the
U.S. different terms apply, including a liability limitation for death
or bodily injury of $75,000, inclusive of fees and costs, in most
cases. www.qatarairwas.com/legal.html
