We are pleased to invite nominations from your esteemed organization for participation in our 1-Month Advanced HR Training Program, organized by MAN in collaboration with NecoJobs. This program is specifically designed to equip participants with practical, industry-relevant HR skills and support career advancement in the dynamic field of human resource management.

The training will commence on Tuesday, Baisakh 17, 2083 (April 30, 2026), and will run for a duration of one month (60 hours), conducted 6 days a week from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM. The program will be delivered in a flexible mode (online/offline), with sessions held in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu.

This comprehensive program focuses on bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world HR practices. It covers a wide range of modules including talent acquisition, performance management, payroll, labour laws, HR analytics, compliance, and emerging HR trends such as AI in HR.

Participants will benefit from:

• Hands-on practical learning and real case studies
• Exposure to HR tools (HRMS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.)
• Direct mentorship from experienced trainer Mr. Jaydev Kalauni

Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded a Certificate of Completion.

The participation fee is NPR 12,500 + VAT per participant.
