Update-Ugadi get together

Dear all,

 

Thanks to everyone for your kind RSVPs for our Ugadi evite. Appearing that attendees will be close to 50 people including 13 Kids. Great number! Hope rest of our friends will be able to respond in next few days. Please check with our friends and let us know with email ids if we still miss to send an evite or group communication to anyone.

 

Ladies team is working on food plan with a shared document on google documents. Looks like, all ladies got connected. Please write us if someone still is or would like to have access to that food plan documment on who is taking care what.

 

Jagadish is working on games list. Surendar working on a banner.

 

Note: Trying to keep the communication( number of emails) as minimum as possible. Given some moderator previleges to some of our friends to post updates. You can expect some updates from them too if required.

 

Please feel free and donot hesitate to write this team incase of any suggestions.
