Hi Sabrina,
Thank you for working on Mamma Chia! Some of what you've asked for is considered confidential, so I prefer not to share that information as I don't think it's required for the marketing plan. See answers below.
I have attached our 4 flavor lineup with the new labels as well as a jpg of our new logo.
Please feel free to ask additional questions and I will help you out as best I can.
Many thanks,
Janie

Subject: Additional questions for the Mamma Chia student project
Hey Janie,
Thank you for your fast answer. I am Sabrina and in group with Priscilla.
After our group meeting today we recognized, that there are some questions, we want to ask you.
1. Are there any legal issues you ran into since Mamma Chia is the first beverage of this kind (Chia Drink)? N/A
2. Did you do a SWOT analysis? Can you tell us something about your internal organization and your strength and weaknesses, because we are not familiar with your internal structure and it’s hard to get that because we do not work at your company. strengths are first to market product, strong product, strong vision, strong team of advisors and industry supporters; weaknesses – lack of beverage industry experience in core mgmt team
3. You told us, that you already did research on the target customers. Did you do a survey and if yes, can you give us the results please? consumers responded very positively to the products, flavors, mouth-feel, price point, and product packaging
4. Who are your suppliers? confidential and not relevant to the marketing effort
5. How much are your cost? If you cannot tell us we would appreciate a rough description. (internal costs/bottle)? Approximately $1 a bottle
6. What is the price you get from the retail stores (margins to calculate the ROMI)? $3.89 retail price
7. Do you have any entry barriers for your company? functional beverage market is crowded, so getting shelf space and the attention of retailers is always a challenge as is having attention drawn to one’s product
8. Did you already think of creating entry barriers for future competitive companies? yes, we have several trade secrets we have developed that make it difficult to replicate our product
9. How do you think about selling the Mamma Chia Drink online? it’s a bit more challenging due to our glass bottles and being perishable, but we definitely want to explore ways to do so
10. How fast can you deliver your product? Do you produce it after order or in front? production lead times are relatively short, and we have identified suppliers for all necessary materials and ingredients
11. Do you want us to launch a site on facebook or only think about what to put on? just think about what to put on it
Thank you very much for your help. We will do a great job that hits your interests. We would appreciate getting your answer as soon as possible, because we have to start and you are not available the next days. Have a nice weekend.
Best Regards
Sabrina
