Stock Verification Report

Dear Madam and Lab Incharges,

Please Submit the Stock verification report to Dr.Uma Madam on or before 13.06.2014 without fail. If not, you have to submit the same in person to our secretary.
The Same will be submitted to the Principal for verification and further process.

Dr.Uma Madam will coordinate the Lab Stock verification records.

Madam, Please coordinate and Give me a consolidate report about the stock verification of all the laboratories, in order to submit the report to our principal and Secretary.

Lab Incharges lists are already sent to the group mail.
