Dear Friends,
I registered my domain in Mercantile. One needs citizenship and application to host a domain name and request at Mercantile. One can apply from here http://register.mos.com.np/ . The availability of the domain one can check in the website.
Registering, with .......com.ne/net.np are free in Mercantile.

For space and hosting, i suggest to use free hosting, 000webhost.com, but while being hosted here one need to maintain their blog.

After the process is over one can either use wordpress/blogspot/Jumlo etc..for the theme and display. Also, 000webhost offers some theme, but not so dynamic like wordpress and blogspot
