Business Group

Hopefully all of you have received the notes I distributed. Please
pass on the info to anyone that I have missed, potential business
owners, home based businesses, or others that would be interested in
such a group.

There is no concrete agenda set as of now. The main points of
interest I have heard involve group advertising, cross-promotions,
business sponsored activities, and the need (or not) of a chamber or
some other formal business group,

With the City Wide Initiative on the 18th, I, as well as some others,
have expressed the importance of having a group or rough plan to
present if asked about business involvement with MABA or the city on a
whole. I would love to have a meeting before the 17th, but at the
very least, be able to discuss certain points on this forum.

Please join and add thoughts. We've done pretty well on our own...
I'd like to see what we could do with an organized group to save us
costs and create better services and events.
