Friends (many considered family),

Our time has come to move to our apartment in CB, while we prepare for another move as Kimmy finishes her last few months of Pharmacy school, completing her Pharm.D. degree.  As such, we're selling nearly everything we have, as we're only taking about 5% of what we currently own to our new apartment.

We hope you'll join us for a blitz of a garage sale/estate sale.  It will run from 5pm-8pm on June 11th, Monday ONLY.  Here's just a small list of nearly 95% of the house that will be bargained away--priced to move!

Antique furniture and furniture sets: $50-$1000

Desks $20-$50

Wood File Cabinets $10 up

Backpacks / Camelpacks $5 up

18"-25" TV's (multiple TV's), some with built in DVD and VCR, starting at $15

Banana chair: $5

DVD's: HUGE SELECTION, all in boxes: $2/each

Pharmacy Textbooks $1-$15 each (many cost $100+ each)

Original canvas paintings: $5 up 2'x2' up to 3'x4'

Wall art/decorations: $1 up

Clocks: $1up

Snowblower: $5

Camping tents-used once.  Fits 4 people: $5

Folding Camping chairs: $1

Gardening chemicals: $1

Top brand blankets, some never used $5

Towels: $1 (and you know where some of these come from right?)

MISC Scraps of PVC, metal, wood, etc--you name the price!

NEARLY EVERYTHING HAS TO GO.  PLEASE HELP US GET RID OF THIS, AS WE DON'T WANT TO MOVE IT, NOR HAVE THE SPACE TO KEEP IT.

Lastly, while I have you....while traveling for a month in Korea, we realized just how much of an impact many of you, and the rural area of Malvern, has had on us.  A profound one.  We are committed to building and strengthening Malvern, even from afar, whether by donated time or money.  You have truly been a blessing for us while we lived here and we greatly appreciate how you've taught us, and allowed us to grow.  Not goodbye--just see you again soon! Thank you!

Spence and Kimmy
