Hi Pepperdine MALT alums,

I hope that life after Pepperdine continues to be good for you. I am writing to you as i hope you have continued your interest in action research.  I want to invite you be a founding member of this network. (Growing this network is one of the many things I doing in retirement).

Technically this is the last day to be a founding member of the Action Research Network of the Americas.  The discounted membership is $100 ($50 for students).  But it is not about saving money as much as being identified as one of the people who started what we hope will be one of the largest action research networks in the world.  I know it is hard to decide to give an organization money and in this case your returns are online and most of them you could get without being a member.  But you can get involved in working groups as a member and you can have the good feeling of knowing that that this new network has come into existence because of "members like you."

So of you noted when you were in the program that action research was more prevalent in England, Ireland and Australia.  We want to change that perception as many groups of people throughout the Americas are engaged in action research.

Technically the founding membership rate is suppose to go up tomorrow... but we are going to wait about a week to change things, so you could still be a founding member.

I hope whatever you are all up to is serving you as much as you are serving them.

Warmly,
Margaret
