I have posted a page on the webpage which shows different Security
certification resources. For a start, I would like to try and put
together a list of people who have any of these certifications. If you
know of anyone please ask him to join the group.

I am a CISA and also a member of CISA - Malta. The website of CISA (Malta) is here - http://www.isaca-malta.org. I am not sure if there are other CISA (Malta) members already in the infosecmalta website but I am sure they would find it very interesting and algned with their course of work and study. If you need any help in contacting the CISA Malta group I would be more than happy to help you out.
In the meantime, excellent work and excellent idea!. I also suggest you have a look at this website if you have not already done so - http://mtcert.gov.mt/index.aspx.

Thanks for your encouraging reply. Indeed it would be a good idea if
you could recommend us to CISA Malta. If we can be of help in the
field, then why not.
I have added the links to the website in the Links section --
meanwhile as we continue to embelish the website check back soon as we
have many articles in the pipeline lined up. Of course feel free to
recommend anything you deem would be a good topic in line with the
websites theme.

There are already members of ISACA Malta with CISM certification, so I guess the short answer would be that it is possible to apply for CISM. I myself have not obtained the CISM yet so I cannot really go in much further detail as to how you can apply and where you can sit for he exam. I think that the best way to find out more about this would be to contact the ISACA Malta committee directly and maybe meet up with local CISM holders.

I will introduce myself. I am a CISA for the past 10 years and am
currently the Secretary of the local ISACA Chapter. I have been
working in IT Audit for the past 12 years. I note above that some
persons asked about CISA & CISM. You may wish to forward any questions

Anyway for those interested in Information Technology controls there
is an upcoming educational session organised by the ISACA Malta
