NEWS ADMINS PLEASE NOTE

[malta hierarchy maintainer]

This message is intended for news admins carrying the
malta.* hierarchy. It is just a reminder to ensure that
you have the correct PGP key.

Newgroup and rmgroup control messages for malta.* groups will be
PGP-signed using the PGP public key with user id "malta-config", which
may be obtained by sending e-mail to pgp-pub...@pgp.ai.mit.edu
with the subject "GET 0x5020AB79" and an empty body.

Some sites have not updated their key to the standard one, and thus
I have had to issue another newgroup today using the older key. So
you will have to see two newgroups for the new newsgroup malta.news.announce.
The latter is a moderated newsgroup which replaces malta.news.admin.
The latter will be rmgrouped within a few days.
