Just dropping a note that the next meeting is on July 6th. We are going to be going over American Amber Ales. Hopefully most of you have got yours brewed. Is anybody from Norfolk's club going to be able to come down or atleast send some beers?
I am going to suggest that everybody that brews the AAA enter it into the AAA catigory at the Buffalo CO Fair, just to mess with the judges.

Here is a handy-dandy chart that shows all the different grain subsitutions a fellow might need to use when he/she doesn't have all the grains required for a recipe.
The August's brew will be the Pilsner. Please brew one up so you have one ready for the meeting. We are going to do both German Pils and Czech Pilsener, with maybe a Classic American Pilsner thrown in.
