[Malt Masters Brew Club email]

To all club members who have not heard, brewer Ehren Schmitz is no longer brewer for Gotbergs Brew Pub. Having moved on to other opportunities in the brewing world, we find ourselves without our president and a club venue. I have therefore assumed the role of president and coordinator of future meetings and events until future notice. This will be a big change for our club.  I encourage all of those interested in keeping this club active to participate in future meetings so that we can define future membership roles and objectives.

The upcoming meeting is scheduled for this Friday at 7:00 PM. I have agreed to have this meeting at my home. Some members are familiar with the location from previos events held here.  For those of you unfamiliar with the location, it is approximately three blocks north of Tractor Supply Co on 14th Avenue east. You can't miss the large brick house on the right (east) side. Address: 2675 14th Avenue East. You may park wherever you can find a spot.  On the yard is fine.

We were scheduled to explore Belgian Dubbels. I have not made it to Omaha to purchase commercial examples.  Therefore, bring any beer you wish to share to the meeting along with wishes, wants, and suggestions for future club meetings.

For those unable to come, this club forum is a perfect sounding board for ideas and suggestions.
