Please add the ability to select from multiple accounts (similar to netflix profiles) when the twitch app is opened (android tv doesn't have this, at least, not sure about other tv apps). I share my television with family and it's a pain to log out and back in every time someone else uses the television.

All of your personal information, including email address, name, and IP address will be deleted from this site. Any feedback you have provided that others have supported will be attributed to "Anonymous". All of your ideas without support will be deleted.

I found the solution, I had set my Chromecast to "Apps only" mode, apparently when you do that, it switches off the assistant on your profile, I got a message saying "Sorry, I'm not available in this profile yet".

Sorry to hear about this experience. I know that Netflix is already linked on your Google Nest display, however, with the one you're experiencing, we can try to unlink your Netflix account from your Google Home app and link it back. Here's the steps you can follow:

Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Google device. If correct, tap to close the account window. To switch accounts, tap the triangle next to the Google Account, then tap another account or Add another account.

When you delete an app from your device, or in this case a channel from your Roku list, all the data associated with that channel will be lost. This includes login information.

  1. Go to your Roku home screen.
  2. Select the My Channels option.
  3. Find the Netflix app.
  4. Highlight the app icon and press the Star key to bring up the editing settings.
  5. Locate and select the Remove Channel option.
  6. Go back to your Roku home screen.
  7. Select the Channel Store option from the left menu.
  8. Find the Netflix channel and reinstall it.
  9. Add new login information and enjoy. This nine-step process is actually a lot faster than it seems, given the improved responsiveness of Netflix on Roku and the improvement made to the Roku OS concerning navigation.", "url": " -change-netflix-user/#step1" }, "@type": "HowToStep", "name": "How to Sign Out of Netflix", "image": " -content/uploads/2020/09/Screenshot-23-3.png", "text": "Here\u2019s what you can do if you own a Roku smart TV or dongle.

While it may not be the most straightforward process on all Roku devices, switching channel accounts and subscriptions is still possible. Your Roku account will never be tied to a single Netflix account or Hulu account. You can use another one if you have valid login credentials.

Netflix stopped letting new users sign up for the "Basic" ads-free tier in the Summer of 2023, just before its ad tier launched. It left existing customers alone at the time, but that will change in 2024.

According to The Verge, Netflix made the announcement while reporting its earnings. The ads-free Basic tier would be phased out entirely, starting with the UK and Canada in Q2 2024, with the US and other countries to follow.

In Q4'23, like the quarter before, our ads membership increased by nearly 70% quarter over quarter, supported by improvements in our offering (e.g., downloads) and the phasing out of our Basic plan for new and rejoining members in our ads markets.

The ads plan now accounts for 40% of all Netflix sign-ups in our ads markets and we're looking to retire our Basic plan in some of our ads countries, starting with Canada and the UK in Q2 and taking it from there.

Netflix continues to increase prices and change its subscription tiers to ensure the swath of content it buys can be paid for with maximum profits. Though, like the cable giants Netflix hoped to overthrow, it too is approaching the dangerous threshold of "thousands of channels with nothing to watch."

There is of course a third option, which is to leave Netflix and find something better to do with your time. Most of their content, imo, is very mediocre, and there have only been a couple of series that I have been interested to switch it ON or, and then OFF again when done.

This is the very thing that's making me cancel Amazon Prime this coming Monday (the day they add ads to Prime Video.) If these companies wanted to wean us off of all the streaming services, they're finding a way to do it. People hate ads.

Netflix has 36,000 hours of content stretching over 6,500 series, movies and specials. If you started watching today, 24/7, and never slept, it would take you four years to watch all of it. Just an incredible feat that the poster has seen most of it, enough to judge it as very mediocre. I'd say a call to the Guinness Book is in order asap!
