Yes Bina who is this Jackie diffey ? Why are the emails going to him ?

Usha I am fine. Since last two days I feel I am having no pain. Otherwise since last 3 weeks the pain was not going away. Had physiotherapy also.

Anyway have been advised to do back and leg exercise for half an hour and 40 minutes regular walk.

All these problems because of sitting in one place. All of you guys WALK.

Dont worry about Bina. She is sensible & tough.

She must have realised liquor is more safe than drinking Srilankan water as one will kill all germs

in her body or reduce their effectiveness whereas the latter will create more germs.
