Hi All,

Please, find the final balance-sheet before handover to Ranjan-PH1. Just for information that AMC of Digi and Lift are paid so major addition work planned of now.

The additional things in coming week can be done : 1) Water Tank Cleaning (Cost Rs 3000) - planned for tomorrow 2) Mosquito repellent spray (Rs around 2000 , service provider ISS Care)

Major consensus, we have to build on Cauvery water (can be targeted this year) because god knows when underground water will be gone.

Meantime, I will help Ranjan in transition.

Maintenance amount for going forward month can be Rs 2000 like Apr'13, subject to no major breakdown happens..:).

Security : Rs 7500

Garbage : 500

Cleaner: Rs 3000

Water : 30X450=13500

Diesel: 1500-3000

Approx expenditure: Rs 30,000

Approx Collection @2000x18= Rs 36,000

Balance in hand carry forward from March'13: Rs 43,337
