meeting at 7:00 PM today regarding making culvert at drain

Hi All,

      As you all might have noticed while crossing 7th cross that overflowing sewage water is creating inconvenience.

It's high time that we should think of creating culvert with the help of other houses in our lane so that nobody will have to jump the overflowing water.

It's time for all of us to act and pressurize other house to contribute and get it done rather than wait for the govt. to do.

Keerthan's secretary Manas will hold a meeting at 7:00 PM today for his apartment so let meet at 7:00 today and find a long lasting solution of this problem.

Kindly, remember that we all are going to use the culvert at the crossing and just 1 or 2 people.

To just give a background on the progress we have made like these house agreed to contribute 10,000 Rs

PG sai krishna's builder and the builder of next house refused to pay. This was communicated by their caretaker- Mohan and Prabha.

I am in-touch with PG Sai Krishna's caretaker Mohan as he is ready to contribute some less amount so I will meet him face-to-face to discuss this.

Hi All,

      As discussed in the meeting, I have sent the notice (hard copy) to all 7 houses including new construction. The calculation was done based on the area and the area measurement I had ( did during road construction).

Refer, the notice board for our apartment's calculation and thanks for the residents who joined the meeting.
