Hi All,
My 2 pairs of leather slippers are stolen, which I have left outside of my main door. This incident might have been happened in the early morning today and I have noticed around 9:30AM while leaving to office. Earlier also similar incidents happened in our appartment. We needs to see how security can be improved in our appartment to stop these repeated incidents.
Thanks & Regards,
Vikas

You will not get surprised.any good to hear that t was not the real case of theft which US less. likely. .
Any ways by far security us working fine for and actually working double shift in single cost. Which will soon be two guys, we are plannig once this maintanace rates come down.
He is his actual brother, I agree he is good fir nothing though. Any ways, have spoken to shadul, generally when he is around such thing doesn't happen.
In a week time you would see a collapsible gate at the entrance of stairs.

Correct. But the question remain the same. What our security was doing? I had called Security asking for this (around 3 PM) and he expressed his unawareness about any service guy visited the apartment (in fact, he was not in the premises and in turn he checked it with his so called brother and in turn confirmed me). Then I called this service guy to give his peace of mind, as it was overdue but in turn he gave me my peace of mind informing that the battery has already been picked up. I had an argument with him about his guy taking out battery from a locked car (parked in the basement).Thank God it was in safe hand. If our security continue to work with same alertness, someday something big will go to some unsafe hands. Every second day, some one or other is entering the apartment for some donation etc as either security is not aware about it or not stopping them at entry level itself. We should not be surprised if tomorrow a beggar can ring the bell. This all is in good interest of all and need to be taken forward accordingly. Thanks & RegardsMukesh

Today one person came to basement, open the car lock and took away battery from my car, parked in the basement. Security was not there in the area and is not aware about it. Whom shall we held responsible for this major laps and how to get it back?
Planned as advised. J… it would be at the stair entrance covering the area where cycles are parked till stairs
Hi All
The expense is 27K end to end for this shutter, we will try managing in the existing funds but we may require few hundreds collection if required.
It would be started once the RWH and cavery DD is issued this week. Then we could take stock of the balance funds as this has to be used for metering all flats for water supply and this shutter.

Thanks for all the efforts.
If you are planning any collapsible gate at entrance of staircase (basement level), please consider staircase well area also for covering it. I am sure you might have already planned for it also.
