Hi Everyone

Hope you had a great diwali.

This is to make aware about the penalty of 400rs that will be added if the maintenance is not paid on time as mentioned on sheet. please make and effort to make the payment by 10th in case you have emergency or need additional time please make sure you drop an email to me or group.

Tenanats PH2: last time the maintenance was paid on 14th and the increment of penalty was scratched by you. hence there is pending 400rs against PH2.

Changing the amount fields int he collection sheet it not appreciated.

Please be informed that payment of maintenance before time is must, else we will be compelled to tun off the generator service. in case you foresee a delay in payment, make sure you inform before hand to avoid penalty.
