Please start collecting the maintenance

Hi Rama

Please start collecting maintanance immediately. And add 2 to 3k additonaly to recover 11 months pending maintenance.

Its been a year now this unregulaized way is going. It will be come very difficult if maintance in bulk. At i can speak for myself.

If you are busy. Please hand over with balance sheet and clear info about pending collection.

Its been almost an year you collected at least from me, if you ask me suddenly to pay balance ,it will be very difficult.

Either you share balance sheet with pending from each flat and plans  to collect them or hand over as it is to yatish. I think he is been waiting from long.

We still have not collected the money for new transformer yet

I hope bill paymnets and maintenance are been done properly atleast.

Please take a firm step to bring things back to normal

By the way, i have got the RWH tanks cleaned and plastered for next season usage. It will be usefull for common area usage and car washing for now.
Also fixed the cover so that it dont get dirty.

Also got the ground leveled near sump as water was getting stagnated.

I have paid for the 3455Rs material and 3000 rs labour totally 6455rs.

Please share balance sheet and my pending specifically.

As discussed, kindly add the electric switch expense share so that we have surplus again. Once you hand over will plan to get the terrace cleans permanently as that need good expense.

We will plan latter.

Please start collecting maintenance from tomorrow.

Further delay in normalizing, i am afraid to say but i will pull my self out from paying any pending amount what so ever as i have lost track.

By the way i had a question how will you decide the amount of our per month maintenance for all these pasf months?

I can see only way is total expense of all these months divided by 18 and divided by number of months. And subtract amount already paid by individual.

Please make time to  speak to Ramesh the BWSSB engineer and get the line fixed.

i have told ramesh we have spent so many time due to their negligence, so this time they have to fix it. if they have layed to pipe in the lane then connect us in front of the apartment and not at road side.
 

i have raised the complaint already .  the complaint number is 50173.

Untill you hand over to some one , i guess we dont have choice to chase you for this.you can reach Ramesh at BWSSB office or mobile number 9482516999 or call 9916251512 (line man)

appreciate you seriously action, as tabnker is not a solution, in such case we must surrender the kaveri line when we dont need it !!!

Hi All

we are not getting water from last 10 days and i don't see any noise in the society. I am sorry to say but we are all careless and apathetic to problems.

1- No maintenance work

2- No maintenance collection

3- No kaveri paying for 3 tanker per day for  water.

4- pipes leaking

5- electricity bill was not paid for 2 months -

does any one care or keep enjoying the service by keeping silent !!!!! we should stop getting tanker, i think , unless we feel the pain of not having water, ppl wont stand up.

Please tell me my due since Nov'15  because I need to subtract for my payment towards Garbage payment of rs 2061 which I am paying since Nov'15.
This month I also paid 1600 for diesel.
I want to pay all past dues this month itself. I request you to send mail to all about clearing by this month so that Yetish will be budget to clear bills.
Kindly, take it seriously and on priority
basis. We need to bring regular maintenance on track which was irregular and concern for many.
On good news that for cross road of green garden layout there is sanctioned amount of 30 lacs and tarring will start after rainy season.

Rama will be sharing the balance sheet later meanwhile we are collecting Rs 3000 as for the month of June. Please plan to pay soon.

Also, I have not received maintenance from PH2 and FF2.
