I only want to add that. Last point u.fortunately not possible as we don't have any funds spare.  Spare funds were used to pay all amc s. And if we use the funds what we collected for kavri and meter then later we will have shortage.

We should not compromise in getting mettering done. It takes just 3 days ti finish .if asked to start. Instead of paying 5k again next month if we can start the work it would be great. We may some more money but that is nominal and better than paying to tanker guys it Will. Be for us

I have given two sealed folios at security, one having all the bills and balance sheet and other with the court notice we had earlier.

 

You have cash as below in the envelop.

 

·         4537= last month carry forward

·         1150 = Savita’s payments against the plumbing bill in feb month.

·         4500= balance of the collection of this month after paying security and housekeeping of amount 4500 and 3000 respectively.

 

You need to collect as below :

 

·         5000 Rs from Joynil ( previous security) in two halfs . shadul will help you to get 2500 this month from him.

·         1150 Rs from Kannan /Rajesh similar to the one savita paid above.

 

 

Amrender has the balance for the AMC paid this year, he shall share later those bills and account. I guess if we have funds in that we can try getting intercom fixed and AMC with that money.

Actually I agree, he has done many times. Any ways lets not break the list. maybe now u and me will get after 2 years J.

It been  tough 6 months of maintenance manager at Malibu Homes 2. But i guess we all have to take this pain to make the place live able.

 

Tomorrow, on the eve of Ugadi , i shall be handing  the baton over to Prabhat from SF4. For next 6 months he would be taking care of the maintenance and other apartment activity. i shall be available if required on need basis though.
