Monday Fly Tying Night 2010

For this coming Monday, Bob Carolan will lead us through the creation
of his world famous Bass Poppers. These are the same poppers you've
seen on the monthly raffle table and probably on the QVC network. At
the moment we have about 10 tyers signed up. If you are interested,
there is still time to sign up. Just let me know. If you have already
sent me an email, there is no need to resend.

The entire process will take about 3 - 4 weeks to allow for the
material to dry between each step.

All of the materials will be supplied. Just bring your standard tying
equipment including a pair of forceps and some heavier than usual
thread. Probably something around 3/0. Also, bring material to tie a
few flies while we wait for the poppers to dry.

If you want to join us and don't have some of the tying equipment,
come down anyway. We have extra vices. etc for people to use.
