MARKETING SUPERVISOR for a Logistic Company in Riyadh

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
• Cultivate new sales leads to establish business
• Sell and negotiate Logistics’ services
• Responsible for securing and maintaining new business
• Provide quotes for current and prospective clients
• Update and maintain Logistics Management System
  
• Perform analytical and logistics planning
• Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions
• Provide follow-up customer satisfaction with clients as needed
• Achieve individual, team, and company goals
• Work closely with Logistics & Financial Managers to ensure customer freight is being moved efficiently
• Organizing shipments
  
• Coordinating drivers, vehicles, loads and journeys
• Negotiating and agreeing contracts
• Developing and confirming schedules
• Planning for and negotiating technical difficulties
• Preparing paperwork for regulatory bodies
• Liaising with staff
• Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal clients
  

Job Specifications:

• Approximately 1 - 3 years of experience in the marketing field in Service industry preferably Logistics.
• Any Degree - Preferably B.Com
  
• 2 Years Experience in Logistic or any other Service company field as Marketing Supervisor or similar post in Saudi Arabia.
• MBA
• A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. 
• Willingness to travel in entire the Kingdom and GCC if needed.
• Proficiency in English & Hindi. Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage
• Extensive experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Confident and dynamic personality
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Must possess a strong work ethic
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem solving, and decision making skills
