How do I change/update my mobile phone number?
At present, you can update your mobile phone number through any of our self-service channels. To help us assist you promptly, please provide the following details so we can process your request as soon as we receive the information.

• Name.
• Mobile Phone Number; old and new.
• IC Number & Copy of IC.
• A mobile statement or telco app screenshot showing your full name and mobile number.
• Reason of phone number change.

Here is how you can request a physical card via the following channels:

BonusLink Website
• Click this link https://bonuslink.com.my/card-redemption
• Select "Order A New Card".
• Click "Add to Cart". Provide the name that you would like to be printed on the card (we recommend following your IC).
• Once done, you'll be led to provide your delivery details and view your order summary. Congrats! You have successfully placed your order.

BonusLink Mobile App
• Click on the ‘BonusLink Card’ on the dashboard
• Select "Request Physical Card" on the top right menu.
• Click "Order A New Card".
• Click "Add to Cart". Provide the name that you would like to be printed on the card (we recommend following your IC).
• Once done, you'll be led to provide your delivery details and view your order summary. Congrats! You have successfully placed your order.
