This is a campaign to educate our clients to sign the online petition at

For the CPs who are participating in the signature drive for the online petition among your clients,

Be duly informed that you are required to inform your customers the CONTENT and PURPOSE of the petition. You must get their written consent.                                     
 
Kindly follow the steps below :
 
  1. Please print the statement attached below in this blog (cover page).
  2. Put your own company chop for verification.
  3. On the page for signatures write/type the following clearly "I am signing this petition to reject the RUUF after verbally being informed of the content and purpose of this petition.
  4. For those customers with email account, please use your mobile phone (which has been logged onto the petition page) and ask the customers to sign on the spot. If you are unable to conduct an on the spot signing, please use the petition form A (refer attached files) to get your customer's consent. Kindly sign the petition on behalf of customers when you are free to do so.
  5. For those customers without email, please use petition form B (refer attached files). Please whatsapp/email picture of the completed form to 
  6. For further enquiries, please contact:

    At the rate of 10 patients per day, if 2000 pharmacist participate (10 x 2000  =20000), we will get 20,000 signatures in 1 day!!! If we do this for 5 days  we get the 100k signatures before the end of the month.
