REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline
Atleast 4- 8 years relevant experience
Strong design experience
Knowledge and hands-on experience with JRuby/Ruby/Ruby on Rails programming is a must
Knowledge and hands-on experience on J2EE, JSP, Java, Webservices, Core Java, Struts, Websphere and other Java technologies
Exposure in banking projects is preferred
Excellent communication skills, has to work on AGILE/SCRUM
Good team player
