Sponsorship available for higher studies for poor girls

My Dear Friends
At present, we are supporting two girls from poor families for their higher education i.e. Sreelakshmi is studying for MBBS and Ananya for Nursing. Once again my personal thanks to the sponsors for their higher studies.
There are many bright students who can get admission on merits for higher studies, but they either drop the education or struggling to find source of funds for the same.
We would like to support some poor girls for their higher studies. To identify genuine children are the most important thing. We have many good hearted friends who are ever willing to support such students.
If you know some bright students who are looking for the support for their higher studies and can get admission on Merits, kindly do send us their details. We will require their complete details alongwith certain ocuments and photo. We once again reiterate that we will support only to the genuine cases, and upon receipt of the details, our representatives will personally visit them to ensure the genuineness.
Let us support some less-fortunate girls to live a life on their own by giving them the right education of their choice.

My sincere apology for the delayed update, as some communication was being exchanged amongst the sponsor-members to take a decision.
Finally, as advised by the sponsor-members, it has been decided to avail the offer of the sponsorship offered by Sheenji through his Company - TRIANGLE CABLES MIDDLE EAST LLC, Dubai. They have kind enough to come forward to sponsor the total expenses, Ananya, for all four years till she becomes a Nurse. Our special thanks to Sheenji for his kindness.

It is the sincere wish of all parents to make their children educated. But there are many less-fortunate parents who cannot even think of getting higher education to their children, howsoever brilliant they may be.
When we received a recommendation to support a brilliant girl from a very poor family in a village, we had requested MFG Team member, Dr. AC peter to visit them personally and send us an evaluation report, which is given below.
Though she got admission for BSc Nursing on merits, they are not only able to arrange the payment for the 1st year but cannot think of paying the total course fee for four years.
Since this is a genuine and deserving case for our support, we sincerely wish to support her which in turn can be a help to this poor family. The fees structure is given below. We need only Rs.90000 for the first year and subsequently Rs.70000 each for next three years. The maximum expense is for Food & Accommodation i.e. Rs.45000/-
There may be some other expenses for her books, uniform/dress, especially atleast a pair of chappal / slipper! Very pathetic condition, indeed. We would love to give her Rs.10000, one time, for the same.
Once we take a decision, we shall make the payment directly to the college so that she can start attending the classes.
Let us THANK GOD for giving us everything to lead a comfortable life and also to settle our children.

Ananya Ramachandran, 17 ½ years old girl student, residing at Kakkad Village, Cochin has secured admission for B.Sc. Nursing under merit quota at PES College of Nursing at Chittoor (A.P.) which is recognised by Indian Nursing Council.
Her mother was working as domestic servant. However, due to illness, she is no longer capable of going for daily work at various homes. Her father was doing Mason work on daily wages. However, he became a heart patient and was unable to do any work.
Ananya passed Class 12 in this year with the support of neighbours and well wishers. She had to depend on the street light during evenings to study. As mother and father were unable to go for work, after her studies, she was giving tuition to students for an earnings for the family. She struggled in her life for attaining Class 12 certificates.
She is the only hope for the family. It is her ambition to study for Nursing because she thinks that while earning for herself and her parents, she can also look after the sick and the sufferings. She feel that because she got help from the Society for her studies and for food, she wants to give back to community by way of nursing the poor, aged and sick in hospitals after completing Nursing Course.
She got admission under merit. Even then, she has to pay substantial amount as tuition fee and other expenses to the College. Since no help is forthcoming, she is in mental agony because she may have to loose this opportunity. The Bankers are unable to support because this family does not own a proper house or even a piece of land.
The local Panchayat President took us to her home pleading for some help to meet the tuition fee payable directly to the Institution by MFG so that her ambition can be fulfilled, her parent’s misery can be reduced and a prospective Nurse can be ordained out of her for serving the community.

· With the support of Dr. Peter, Delhi, facilitated FREE heart surgery for three kids from economically disadvantaged class.
· Provided customized Gearless Scooters to two physically challenged persons
· Facilitated eye replacement of a 3 month old girl child from economically disadvantaged class.

- Support @Rs.3000 to 5 blinds from a family + Rs.20000 for starting a lottery business.
