My Dear Friends
Ladies are the most efficient multi taskers in this universe. It is a GOD Gift to them. All of us knows that though they handle our home very efficiently, it is a THANKLESS JOB J
Breast Cancer is one of the common diseases seen in India. To get better treatment in a good hospital to cure it, middle class people cannot afford it as it is very costly. I know some ladies who are absolutely alright after getting good treatment and live long without any trouble.
Our Dr Peterji has come out with a project of FREE TREATMENT OF BREAST CANCER at Amrita Hospital, Kochi. The enclosed email from him is self-explanatory. If you know somebody who is suffering from Breast Cancer who cannot afford good treatment, please refer them to us so that they get good treatment @Amrita Hospital, Kochi absolutely FREE.
Kindly circulate this message widely so that it will be a great help to some needy people.
Thank you so much Dr Peter for this arrangement. We all are proud of you.
GOD Bless
With love
Gopal

Dear Sir,
Certain Rotary Club has a tie up with Amrita Hospital, Kochi, for breast cancer surgical procedure and chemotherapy treatment, gratis, for deprived women. We thought of sharing the information with you so that any of our MFG members coming to know about such a need from among the women folks who can ill afford the treatment cost may stand to benefit.
Identification of breast cancer is on the increase. When we conducted Thermal Mammogram screening, recently, out of 25 women, three of them turned positive. This rate is also Kerala state average!
It is stated that breast cancer accounts for about 30 to 35% malignancy. The prevalence rate in rural areas is 19.8 per 100,000 and urban areas is 30.5 per 100,000. We are giving below a Times of India write up regarding the subject.
During our meetings with concerned Doctors of Amrita Hospital, it is learnt that not only surgical procedure cost (wherever required) but also chemotherapy cost (if required) will be made free for persons referred through Rotary).
The following documents are required by the hospital:
1) Ration Card 2) Aadhar Card 3) Income proof (less than One Lakh Rupees)
4) Photograph 5) Medical papers
An NGO associated with this project will make enquiries to ascertain the financial status of the patient who wants to avail this free medical treatment.
MFG has been in the forefront trying to extend help to the deprived for health and education support. Our member Patrons have always been willing to support. While such a facility is offered, let us not inconvenience our member Patrons and let us make use of this proposition locally.
Amrita hospital (AIMS), Kochi is recognised worldwide as the premier institution of South Asia. We have been associated with them since long for paediatric cardiac (open heart) surgery for children upto the age of 18 years. The cost is either borne by Rotary or service offered free with other arrangements by AIMS.
We are all grateful to you for your continuous
efforts to help the needy. When you
hear from anyone seeking to avail this offer, kindly let us know the medical
condition / doctor prescription.
With kind regards,
AC Peter
