Dear All,

WE  ARE  GLAD  TO  INVITE  ALL  MALAYALEES  IN  RWANDA TO CELEBRATE   KERALA  DAY  OF THIS  YEAR  AT RESTAURANT   INDIAN  CHEF  ON   SUNDAY   THE   31 ST OCTOBER 2010.

TIME              :  5.30 PM

 

DINNER             :  8 PM (VEG & NON VEG)

 

Alchoholic  drinks  are  served  on  payment  basis .

As  there  are  proposal  for  childrens  competetions, entertainment  programmes ,  indoor games,   musical chair, tambola , ……….. etc  before  the  dinner,  also   next day will  be  a  working day , presence  of  all  members  by  5.30 pm  will  be  ideal.    Sibin  salim   will  be  coordinating   the  above  activities . 

Please  pass  on  this  message  to  all  our malayalee  friends  which  would help  incase  someone  has  not  received   this  email.  Kindly   confirm  by  email  or  phone   presence   everybody  latest  by  27 th  October. 

Suggestions   from  all  members are  welcome.  Let  us  make  this  event  a  success.

Please  confirm the  presence  at least  by  27th  of  October .  Kindly  let  us  know  if  some  one  is  interested  to  do cultural  programs  please  register  on  on  before  30th

Thanks for informing the Gettogather for Celeberating the Kerala Day. Pleased to confirm my presense with Family ( 3 members )
 
I feel, it better to slect some competetions IN ADVANCE for Ladies & Children limiting the time  6 P.M to 8 P.M
