Fb group ന്റെ സുഖം ഇല്ല, എഫ്  ബി യില്‍ നേരിട്ടു കാണുന്ന പ്രതീതി ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. ഒരു പക്ഷെ താല്‍ക്കാലികം ആകും ഈ അപരിചിതത്വം. ഞാന്‍ ഇത്തരം ഗ്രൂപ്പില്‍ നിന്നു ഒഴിഞ്ഞു മാറിയിട്ടെ ഉള്ളു. ഇതിപ്പോള്‍ അങ്ങനെ അല്ലല്ലോ.:)

നമ്മള്‍ കണ്‍സീവ് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നത് ഗൗരവമുള്ള വിഷയങ്ങള്‍
കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് ചര്‍ച്ച ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ അതിന്‌ ഗൂഗിള്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്
ഉപയോഗിക്കുക, കൊച്ചുവര്‍ത്തമാനങ്ങള്‍, മള്‍ട്ടീമിഡിയാ ഷെയറിങ്ങ്,
സൗഹൃദങ്ങള്‍ എന്നിവക്ക് ഓര്‍ക്കൂട്ട് കമ്യുണിറ്റി ഉപയോഗിക്കുക എന്ന
രീതിയാണ്‌. ഇവിടെ നടക്കുന്ന ചര്‍ച്ചകള്‍ കോലായ ചര്‍ച്ചയായി വാരികയിലേക്ക്
ഉപയോഗിക്കാം. ഡിസ്കഷന്‍ ബോര്‍ഡ് എന്ന ഒന്ന് പുതിയ എഫ് ബി ഗ്രൂപ്പുകളില്‍
ഇല്ലാത്തതുകൊണ്ട് ഗൂഗിള്‍ ഗ്രൂപ്പിനെ ഒരു ചര്‍ച്ചാവേദി ആക്കി മാറ്റാം.

Fb- may not be the best place for informed discussions or debates. FB can at best be a chat room or for quick conversations. Google group can give a space for more informed discussion and debates - and once we get used to it the google group, it can be as interesting as FB. The FEC group has been there for three years- and its active and now FEC also got almost a character of a community- where people relate to each other in a far better -way.

So Malayalanaatu has great potential in this regard, particularly in relation to the discussions on books, literature, culture etc.

ഓര്‍ക്കുട്ടില്‍ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നതില്‍ നിന്ന് വ്യത്യസ്തമായി ഒരു മേശക്കിരുവശവും ഇരുന്നു സംസാരിക്കുന്നതിന്‍റെ   സുഖമുണ്ടായിരുന്നു നമ്മുടെ നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട കൂട്ടായ്മയില്‍ -ഇവിടെയും ക്രമേണ അങ്ങനെയൊരു സംവിധാനം വരുമെന്ന് കരുതുന്നു -വിവിധതരം കുറിപ്പുകള്‍ക്ക് വേറെ വേറെ വേദികള്‍ എന്നത് അല്പം ശ്രമകരമാവില്ലേ?മലയാള നാട്ടിന്‍റെ  പ്രധാന പേജിലും ഡിസ്കഷന്‍ ബോര്‍ഡിലും വാരികയിലെ ലേഖനങ്ങളെ വിലയിരുത്താന്‍ അവിടെ  തന്നെയുണ്ടായിരുന്ന അഭിപ്രായ പ്രകടനത്തിനുള്ള സ്പെയ്സിലും വന്നിരുന്ന കമെന്റുകളുടെ എണ്ണത്തില്‍ ,ആ ക്രമത്തില്‍ കാണാറുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ആപേക്ഷികമായ കുറവ് ശ്രദ്ധയില്‍ പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടോ?

Yes. Satheesan They dynamics of a social networking- where there is a bit more personalised and quick conversation is different from the dynamics of a google group. In face book, people can take part at the spur of the moment chats and conversations. This in a way enable much more active participation- and much more 'personalised'( though many of the persons itself may be an illusion emerging from an image- often fake image) conversations. Here in google groups- the mode of communication is often less instant and more constrained. However, I found google groups more conducive to have more serious dialogues and discussions- than the usual 'chat- type' conversations in FB.

 

So let us experiment wit this space. I will try and learn to type in malayalam in this space. That itself may be a new skill-building for me:-))
