A US Screenplay That Changes the World Order
Behind the rise of terrorist group ISIS and America’s new interventions in Middle East, is a screenplay that beats Hollywood movies. One is in awe, to see the story written many years ago unfold into an unbelievable reality today. Before we go into the exciting story, here is some background.
Making creative reports based on hypothetical situations and releasing them as predictions of days to come is a part of American foreign affairs strategy to influence International affairs. In 1979, American spy agency CIA created a separate wing called National Intelligence Council for this purpose. Before intervening in the internal affairs of various countries to subject the world order to American interests, it releases such predictions on the future of the world and creates favourable conditions with the help of the National Intelligence Council.
By now, the National Intelligence Council has released several reports on the future of the world order in multiple stages. The first such report was released in 1997 about the 2010 era. Later in 2000, a report on 2015 world order and in 2004, 2008, 2012, similar reports on 2020, 2025 and 2030 were released respectively. Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIS), which said that Muslims across the world must join the ranks of their Caliphate, was a name that began to fill up news in 2013. The terrorist organization born in Iraq was actively involved in attempts to overthrow the governments in Iraq and Syria. The organization which established its presence in strategically important locations and came to be known by various names such as Islamic State of Iraq and Syria, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and Islamic State (IS) is referred to as Dayish in Arab media these days. ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed Caliph who chose mass murders, kidnapping and torturing of minorities as war tactics, had sought the support of world Muslims during the previous Ramadan.
However, ISIS and its Caliph were condemned by religious scholars in Arab countries as well as other nations including India and Muslim organizations. The organization which went against the message of Islam was declared as an enemy of the entire human race.
With the support of Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Jordan, America has begun a strong offensive against ISIS. However, the reality is that the US created ISIS has become a Frankenstein monster which has turned against the interests that created it in the first place.
In the civil war against Bashar in Syria, America and the coalition had stood with ISIS and nurtured them by supply of weapons. What is happening in the case of ISIS, is a repetition of how Al-Qaeda was created and grown with a clear objective.
The hypothetical story of a new Caliph, Caliphate and everything which is unfolding now has been written in the 2004 National Intelligence Council report on the world order in the 2020– years before the birth of ISIS.
The prophetic screenplay presented to us as discussed in the beginning of this article, leaves one shuddering at the thought of America’s secret goals.

Here is a summary of the predictions made in the 10 year old hypothetical report which describes the entry of a new Caliphate in the world arena titled Fictional Scenario: A new Caliphate:
Widespread requests that inflames religious fundamentalism declared under a new Caliphate will spread across the world in the form of the new Caliph’s plea. The person who comes forward and proclaims himself the new Caliph will pose challenges to the traditional governments in Islamic nations as well as become the reason for friction between Muslims and powers like America, Russia, Europe and China that are vying for power in the Muslim world. Like in the Muslim world and Middle East, under the influence of the Caliph’s plea, Asia and Africa will also turn convulsed.
The National Intelligence Council has added in its report as if a fictional character called Syed Mohammed Bin Laden who is Osama Bin Laden’s grandson has written a letter to a relative. The imaginary letter, dated 3 June 2020 describes the situation after the establishment of a Caliphate in Middle East.(Mapping the Global future, Report of the NIC’s 2020 Project ,page 85). Although the contents of the letter were not relevant at the time the report was written (2004), when one watches it become a reality in surprise, it reminds one of Irving Wallace’ novel ‘The Almighty’ in which the protagonist manufactures false news using terrorists to achieve his goals.
One realises with amazement how precisely the screenplay to change the world order is being executed when one reads of the ongoing Sunni Shia clashes in Iraq, improving US-Iran relations, the rise of a Caliph from the clashes in Iraq and the establishment of a Caliphate in an imaginary letter in the National Intelligence Council report published 10 years ago!
ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi who declared himself the Caliph rose up from the Sunni clashes in Iraq. According to military documents from the time of Iraq’s invasion by America, he was under the custody of the military in 2004. Later he was released under suspicious circumstances by the US.
If one reads these facts with the report above, the curiosity to know how the rest of the CIA screenplay materializes will increase. Let us keep our eyes, ears and brain receptive to that.
