A very interesting topic.
I believe the Church should be built on quality.
The leadership of the Church should have a vision. Only then, the people will follow the leadership.
What is the vision of our church?
The quality of the church reflects in the day to day life of its members.
The quality of the church reflects on the quality of its families.
The quality also reflects on the Cell Group leaders because the growth of the cell groups depends on the vision of the cell group leaders.

The vision and the mission of our Church is now clear to us.
"All of us in Ebenezer Fellowship should enter Eternity."

This is also the vision of allmost all the Churches, that I know of.

The next step is how do we find the way to reach Eternity.

There are many ways like:
1. Look to IPC and follow the way of IPC and other traditional Pentecostal churches like, Church of God, Assemblies of God, and Sharon.
When we start following this way, we align with IPC, its leaders, its politics, its infighting, its elections, its sunday school system, its ladies meeting system, its sunday worship pattern and procedure, etc. etc.

2. Look to Jesus and the Word of God and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to guide us in everything we do.
When we start following this way, we align with Pastors who look to Jesus and the Word of God and follow the leading of the Holy spirit for the day to day running, for the Sunday School System, for the ladies meeting, worship pattern and procedure,etc. etc. In this way, there are no elections, no infighting, and no politics as we see in IPC and other traditional Pentecostal churches of Kerala.

We have the choice to select the way to reach eternity.
The choice we make, will help us to build the Church:
1. Either on the foundations of the Word of God, or
2. Similar to a traditional pentecostal church of Kerala
like IPC, Church of God, AOG and Sharon.
