Dear Gentlemen   Herewith firmed up details/information regarding the above tournament. Due to logistical reasons, the number of entrants will be limited to a maximum of 64. Zambia has been allocated  10 entrants.   ·         Names and surnames plus t-shirt size (M, L, XL OR XXL) of the 15 entrants to be provided by 24 September 2014. ·         Entry fee of $160 to be deposited into Scrabble SA’s account by 30 September 2014. ·         Payments not received may result in places being re-allocated to other countries. ·         Bank details : Scrabble SA, First National Bank, Norwood Branch, Branch Code 258624, Account No 62237957579, Swift Code FIRNZAJJ. ·         Play starts 9h00 each day – clocks will be started at this time. ·         Tournament Format: 24 games Swiss and 8 King of the Hill. Gibsonise will be applied. If the winner is determined before the final round, he/she will be gibsonised. ·         Penasa meeting will be held on Saturday 25 October at the end of the day’s play. ·         Each person will be responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Attached are some options in the vicinity of the tournament venue. Hi   Please note that the team entry fee of $100 must also be paid by 30 September.
