The City of Sydney International Masters is on again over the three days
of the Australia Day long weekend in January. We have established a
dedicated website through wish you can register and view existing
entries, as well as view full information regarding format, fees,
prizemoney, playing schedule, transport, accommodation and more. The

In summary, the tournament:
- is open to Australian players rated over 1000 and all overseas players
regardless of rating
- has 26 games played over 3 days
- games are of 25 minute duration with 5 points per challenge in force
- is approved for international rating
- has a first place prize of $2500US
- has prizes down to 6th and a special prize for best placing by first
time overseas player
- has an entry fee of $120AU
- has accommodation and free parking onsite

As those who have played at this venue before will attest, this is a
first class venue in luxuriant surroundings. We urge you to consider
attending Australia's only truly international Scrabble event, and in
