Tournament Schedule is as follows:
 
25 MAY 2013 - Registration starts at 8:00hrs and ends at 8:50 hrs. draws done at 8:55hrs
25 MAY 2013 - Round 1 - Round 11, the games start at 9:00hrs - 50 Minutes total game play per round
26 MAY 2013 - Round 12 - Round 18, the games start at 9:00hrs - 50 Minutes total game play per round
FORMAT - Round 1 - Round 12 (Swiss with minimal repeats) and Round 13 - Round 18 KOH
TOURNAMENT RULES: WESPA Version 2, Director! Version 4 is the Tournament Software
Prizes
Cash Prizes 1 - 5 plus High Game Win, High Word Score, Best Female Player for each Division.
 
Division A - Players with Ratings More than 870 points. Division B - Players with Ratings less than or equal to 870 points.
 
Anticipated number of players is 30 plus! This should be the MAJESTIC in the Zambian scrabble history.
 
Tournament Director: Dr Andros Theo and he will be assisted by the pretty Miss Lwiindi Muchelemba!
