Therefore, there is a great need for Libraries in Malawi to jump into

The work of librarians has been elevated to greater heights due to the coming in of ICTs. Librarians are being taught courses like Information Systems, Database Management, Networking, Computer and Communication Technology and many ICT related courses. The remaining thing is to allow librarians to exercise these experiences as some institutions are so rigid to adapt to the changes in librarianship profession.
