EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON WEBSITE REDESIGNING

The International Training and Education Center for Health (I-TECH), based in Seattle at the University of Washington, was established in 2002. I-TECH is funded by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in collaboration with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of Global HIV and AIDS (CDC-DGHA) under the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). I-TECH activities primarily focus on providing technical assistance to extend existing capacity for Human Resource for Health (HRH) in conjunction with the Government of Malawi, Ministry of Health (MoH). I-TECH also works with Christian Health Association of Malawi (CHAM) and Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi (NMCM) among other stakeholders.
I-TECH Malawi wishes to engage professional services in website redesigning, from reputable, registered and experienced individuals or institutions
1. Location
The Principal Client of the Website Redesigning is the Department of HIV in the Ministry of Health, located in Area 3 at CHSU along Mtunthama Road
2. Procedure for application
Interested and eligible individuals or Institutions are expected to submit their profiles for consideration, to the address below through e-mail or hand delivery, not later than Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Successful applicants will be provided with TORs to be used for preparing Technical and Financial proposals.
3. Contractor qualifications
All interested applicants should ensure they provide the following requirements:-
· Company / institution name and profile;
· Physical and postal address, phone / fax numbers and email address;
· Copy of Business Registration or Certificate of Incorporation;
· Tax Clearance Certificate
· Copy of registration with the Office of the Director of Public Procurement (ODPP) or in country relevant authorities
· Evidence of past experience or References from other clients.
4. Evaluation of Technical and Financial Proposals
Evaluation of proposals will be done immediately after the closing date for receiving proposals and the successful bidder will be notified thereafter.
PROSPECTIVE VENDOR: This request for Expression of Interest does not commit I-TECH to a contract for supplies or services. Proposals furnished are offers only, and I-TECH is not liable for any cost incurred to prepare them.
5. Additional conditions
· I-TECH will not accept substitutions for requirements specified.
· Prices must remain valid and firm throughout the contract period from the date of award of the contract.
