JUNCTION FOR HAVING FUN is an extra-ordinary tale of how a chance game of football with village girls completely transformed a forgotten corner of rural India and the eye hospital at the centre of the community.

LOCATION : The Chapter Art Centre, Market Road, Canton, Cardiff, South Glamorgan CF5

DATE and TIME: Sunday December 16 from 11am- 1.30

There will be a short introduction to the film and a Q and A session afterwards.

There will be no entrance fee but this is a fund-raising event for SECOND SIGHT and donations are expected.

Second Sight is a small UK-based charity that punches well above its weight and uses every penny of donated money on, quite literally, making the blind see. It works in the worst affected areas of India which are also neglected by larger charities.

Please come willing to give generously. Or if you cannot make it send along someone who might enjoy this Feel Good FIlm of the Year...and part with their money in return!

£20 will pay for surgery, transport and post-operative treatment for a patient totally blind from cataract.
Not a penny will be taken out for admin or salaries.
