This is a first for the India Centre

 

Sunita has extensive experience as a recording and performing artist and is renowned for her ability to perform Indian classical as well as filmy and western music. She has recorded for the Bollywood film industry. However, Bhajan singing is close to Sunita’s heart and it gives her the ultimate musical fulfillment. You will see during the evening that devotional singing is a beautiful medium to connect with the Supreme Being.

For this show she is going to be accompanied by professional musicians from Bass2base. Bass2base members are UK born and the band has been performing bollywood, garba and classical music for over ten years. They have collectively and individually performed for some of the top artists from around the world. Sunita has previously performed with them at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff and also at the O2 arena.
