DURGA PUJA 2014 to be organized at MALANCHA HOUSING COMPLEX,NEWTOWN

Hi Friends,
We are going to celebrate DURGA PUJA for the 1st time at our MALANCHA HOUSING COMPLEX, NEWTOWN this year and request your active participation. There will be a single puja for the whole complex (Mallika, Mahua & Madhabi). We were not able to communicate to all Appt. owners in advance as it was a very late decision and very few people stay in the complex.
Puja Pandals, Bhog/ meals arrangements all will be done in Mallika cluster for larger space convenience.
In addition to the Puja small cultural programs have been planned on the evenings of the puja days to start with for the 1st year. It is expected to grow in the following years with all of your active involvement. We have decided to arrange all major meals at puja mandap from Sasthi Dinner till Dashami Dinner against meal coupon system on extra payments (costs yet to be finalised after discussing with caterer) so that everyone can freely enjoy these days.
The voluntary Chanda/Donation for this year’s puja has been fixed at Rs 2000/- per apartment and is same for all occupants across our housing complex for PUJA only as per tentative budget. However anyone wish to Sponsor/ donate anything extra are most welcome.

We will share further details / developments in coming days as a meeting is planned on 24-Aug-14 6pm and interested owners/ Tenants are requested to be present in
the meeting to share their Ideas/ suggestions.
Once again we look forward for your active participation for the Durga Puja to make the 1st Durga Puja of Malancha Housing Complex, Newtown a grand success.
