Urgent!! BDCL constructing multilevel car parking over existing open parkings-Need your views

Dear Friends,

Hope you all are fine.

I have seen a new development in the Mahua-Madhavi complex from yesterday that BDCL is trying to make a new construction on the open car parking area infront of the LIG housing. I spoke to BDCL project guys today morning and came to know that they are making stack parking(multilevel car parking) on the open car parking area. I urgued  with them that how come they can do a new construction as already one year passed after giving possesion and  the car parking is allotted to somebody & DCL is making a construction on it without their consent.I didnt get a satisfactory answer & was asked to speak/complain to BDCL HO. I was also informed that this type of parking will come up other open car parking area also.

As per my view the step taken by BDCL is completely illegal as they have already handovered the possession to us and cant construct any new structure in the complex. They are taking the advantage as very few people live there and by the time people come to know they will make the full structure and sell it to earn a good amount of money.
If we need to stop it then immediate action needs to be taken. Already they have done the same with the open lawn between tower 2 & tower 3 and converted it to parking.

I know there will be 2 opinion on the same-
1> People who have already alloted these open parking will raise issue as construction is being done on their parking. Other parking holders and LIG flat holders will protest as the entire complex will look odd and blocked as these parking are suitable for offices or at oneside of complex not in the middle of complex.
 2>People who wants to buy new parking will support.

Still I will like to know everybodys opinion on the same.

Interesting news !! Do they have permission from NKDA ? I remember during initial days we objected to 4^th tower construction within Mallika and later on it was found they have permission from NKDA … It was anticlimax at the end

Hi Arnab,

 

I am yet to find if they have taken permission of NKDA.

 

I wanted to take opinion what other allotees of Mahua & Madhavi are thinking on this. At present we 2 families only live at the Mahua complex . BDCL is taking that advantage to start new construction after handing over possesion 1.5 year back as they will simply ignore protest from 2 allotees. They are even working at night time so that they can complete the construction before it comes to knowledge of majority.

Dear Mr Basak,

Kindly be informed that I had visited BENGAL DCL office yesterday afternoon and met Ms Hasi Moitra and enquired about the construction of STACK Parking and she even confirmed the same (they have such plan and will sell those in future) but at the same time also informed if anything comes up they will announce formally / officially. 

Also got to know in Mallika, 3 Shops are available for sale
