Hi All,

My father in law booked an apartment in Mahua (204). He has not yet taken possession of the apartment. He stays in Bangalore with us. Recently he has received a letter at his Calcutta address stating that he needs to pay INR 1500 PM as security charge since he is not taking the possession. Under such a situation, he is willing to know if the place is livable now, i.e., if water and electricity connections are (at least) there?

Also, he wants to talk to any one of you to be on the top of things. So, if possible could you please share your mobile number?

Both water & electricity is available. However, the open area is dirty. It is livable as because 3 families are staying. But, poor communication is a hindrance out there.
