Neighbours from Malancha and Hiland - can you please post this in your lists for wider support on BDN city police facebook page?
I came from Airport to Symphony on Friday evening using Megacabs. Fare was Rs 270/- (including convenience charge of Rs 80/-). The gentleman at Airport prepaid taxi counter requested us to follow up with Bidhannagar City Police for requesting Taxi service from Airport to AA-IIB and informed me that it is still not included in current list of destinations. I paid Rs 220/- to Megacabs (including convenience charge of Rs 30/-) to go from Symphony to Airport.

Also let me know if you or anybody else used innova taxi from our IIB location ? I have enquired from Savaari , they have only 8 hour package which costs around 1900 which is too much for airport drop

After I had e-mailed the receipt and my contact details (e-mail below) after your response to an earlier post on your Facebook page, regarding inclusion of prepaid taxis from Kolkata airport to Action Area IIB - New Town; someone from your office had called me up.
The gentleman was thoroughly kind, courteous and professional. He assured me that Action Area IIB (AA-IIB) would soon be added as a valid destination from Kolkata Airport. Since, more than four months have passed, I was hopeful that this might have been done by now. Could you kindly update us on this?
Please note that this mail is also copied to the residents forum of Action Area IIB, New Town.

I also attaching a receipt. Kindly, however note, that this has nothing to do with the specific taxi in question. The problem is more systemic - it at the prepaid taxi counter which is charging passengers unfairly and not with any specific taxi.
