Prem kumar singh has taken power of attorney from all of us to form association,but now he is passing it on us to form association n he is ready to help.so if we can form an association with chairman,secretary n treasurer from mallika vice chairman from mohua n 2 directors from madhabi n rest directors from mallika ,mohua proportionately n register it ,we can take charge for the entire complex from Bengal dcl in 2 phase 14-15.hope they will gladly xcept it as it will b convenient for them also.

Understood your point of view .. Durgapuja has to be only one for entire area including mallika,madhabi and mohua,symphony,hiland etc as It will unify all of us (my personal opinion) …
I support Common association if understanding is clear among residents that Mallika will have to bear higher maintenance due to increased facilities whereas for mohua/madhabi it will be will be lower … I trust this is also a trend in the area ..
But this needs more opinion other than you and me ..
Since you are a highly experienced person with multiple ownership of HIG,MIG & LIG flats , you may advise if any legal issues are involved while combining two association .. I understand that BDCL has taken all of our undertaking/power of attoney to form two associations … if it has been formed then can we merge them ?
