Note that their are likely equivalent or better native Mac applications for doing what Sony Vegas does (not an area I have expertise in) and that there may be other system requirements in the following link that your Mac may not meet even after buying and installing Windows. I'm going to slightly oversimplify this but PC computers with Windows will only run software created to run on Windows and Mac computers running OS X will only run software created to run on Macs. Some companies make two versions of their software, one for Windows and one for Macs.

If you have software that was created for Windows and need to run it on a Mac, you first need to buy and install the Windows operating system from Microsoft. Titled The Frontier, the community-created mod brings over 150 new weapons, three main quest lines (each totaling about 15 hours in length), and additional game mechanics such as driving, all set against the snowy backdrop of Portland, Oregon's ruins. The mod and all it's content is available for free for everyone who owns the base Fallout: New Vegas and its DLC.

In addition to the three new quests, the creators of The Frontier said that the mod also packages The New California Republic mission. While it's unclear if this quest is part of the three new missions or an additional one (making four new quests total for Fallout: New Vegas), the developers did confirm that The New California Republic sits at about 35 hours long.

The mod can be downloaded from both Nexus Mods and the Steam Store, though the Steam release has been temporarily delayed while the team irons out some build issues. The team also shared a release trailer showcasing what players can expect from The Frontier mod.

Furthermore, the creators released the PC system requirements for players curious if their machine can handle the mod. It needs a lot of hard drive space to install, sitting at about 40GB. However, its other minimum requirements are fairly modest. Given how old New Vegas itself is, this isn't a huge surprise.

Onsite Sewage Disposal Systems (OSDS) are defined in Nevada's regulation (NAC 445A.9556) as "any existing or proposed on-site system for the treatment and disposal of domestic sewage, including, without limitation, a standard subsurface, alternative or experimental sewage disposal system that may include a treatment unit and an effluent absorption system." It includes a Class V well under subsection 10 of NAC 445A.849. OSDS does not include an individual sewage disposal system as defined in NAC 444.764, a package plant for sewage treatment as defined in NRS 445A.380, or a system designed to treat and dispose of industrial waste.

OSDS permits are required for certain activities by US EPA regulations at 40 CFR 144. In compliance with this regulation, the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) has developed the OSDS permitting program for onsite sewage disposal systems. Subsurface discharges of treated wastewater associated OSDS would be covered under the general permit GNEVOSDS09.

Notice: The OSDS General Permit, GNEVOSDS09, has been administratively continued while a permit renewal is being drafted. Renewal notices will be mailed once the new permit has been issued.

User Instructions - We suggest users read the fact sheet and the general permit listed below and related information to determine if your activity would be covered under the Onsite Sewage Disposal System General permit (GNEVOSDS09). Depending the complexity of the OSDS plan, the Administrator of the Division may require an applicant to obtain an individual permit, as allowed for under NRS 445A.480. In such cases, the applicant may apply for an Individual Discharge Permit.

If you are subject to the OSDS General Permit requirements, please complete a Notice of Intent (NOI) to seek coverage under the General Permit GNEVOSDS09 by completing the form (see below.) After completing the form you will need to print this document and mail it, along with all other pertinent information to NDEP at the address indicated. Application and annual fees for the general and individual OSDS permits are listed below.

Note: Nevada regulations require all its Onsite Sewage Disposal Systems to be designed by a registered Nevada professional engineer (P.E.). All plans and calculations shall be wet stamped by the engineer, and the engineer shall be responsible for certifying installation in writing.

Construction and operation of Onsite Sewage Disposal System (OSDS) as defined under statutes (NRS 445A) and regulations (NAC 445A.950 thru 445A.9706).This program includes the installation and operation of septic systems and similar systems in commercial properties.

Note: The onsite collection and temporary holding of domestic sewage from commercial operations are permitted under the Holding Tank general permits: Temporary Holding Tank (GNEVTHT09) and Permanent Holding Tank (GNEVPHT09).

Nye County OSDS Systems

Below 3,000 gallons in volume capacity are permitted by Nye County Building & Safety Department. Please note that the City of Pahrump is currently a "Nitrogen Management Area"; advanced wastewater treatment (de-nitrifying) systems are required.

Credit Load: The university considers 12 semester credits as the minimum full-time undergraduate credit load. The maximum credits allowed during a regular semester are 17 for freshmen level, and 18 for sophomore, junior, and senior levels.

Credit Load for International Students: International students are required to register for and complete a full credit load (12 credits for undergraduates, nine credits for graduate students, and six for graduate assistants) each fall and spring semester to maintain their legal status as F-1 visa students with the Department of Homeland Security. International students may use only three credits of on-line course work towards the full credit load minimum

Credit Overload: Freshmen registering for more than 17 semester credits must have the approval of their advisor and dean. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors registering for more than 18 semester credits must have the approval of the advisor and dean. Petition forms for credit overloads may be obtained from the department offices and should be filed with the Enrollment Services Center prior to registration. An overload petition must be approved and be on file with the Enrollment Services Center in order to exceed the number of credits allowed for a given semester or session.

Late Registration: Students who fail to complete their registration before the semester begins may register during the period of late registration. Any change in registration must be completed and paid for before the close of late registration. Late registration period begins on the first day of classes and ends at the end of the fifth day of classes. Students may freely add and drop classes, or switch sections during this period. On the other hand, the student may accrue late fees if:

Prerequisites: Course prerequisites are conditions that must be met before registering in a particular course. A Prerequisite might be another course, a test score, a particular standing (junior, senior, etc.), and/or having declared a particular major.

Corequisites: Course corequisites are conditions that need to be met during the same semester that a course is being taken. In most cases, the corequisite is a lab or a discussion section. Students should enroll in the corequisite, if one exists, before attempting to enroll in the course itself.

Auditing Classes: Students who choose not to earn any credit or grade for a particular class can audit the class

Withdrawal From University: Students who wish to withdraw from all classes must visit or contact the Enrollment Services Center prior to the last day to drop or withdraw for any given semester. If a student fails to properly drop or withdraw from classes, the student will be subject to failing grades.
